Liverpool Sign Promising Young Talent
Liverpool FC have confirmed that they have offered the first professional contract to skillful Swedish midfielder Alexander Kacanaklic.
The Reds have been impressed by the performance of Kacanaklic during the past year with the Liverpool Under-18 team.
"Kacaniklic was brought into the Academy in the summer of 2007 from Helsingborg and has performed well for the under-18 team this term," a statement on Liverpools official website read.
Kacanaklic has been offered a contract with the first team until the summer of 2010.
